An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance business as a Senior Data Analyst within our Delegated Programs team, reporting to the Partnerships Portfolio Manager.
Zurich’s GI business protects our customers’ people, property and operations through a broad range of retail and commercial insurance solutions. Within GI, our Delegated Programs team builds and manages strategic partnerships that extend Zurich’s reach, deliver tailored propositions and create seamless experiences for end customers.
Working closely with underwriting, claims, product, digital and operations, the team uses data and insights to optimise performance, improve customer outcomes and identify new opportunities for profitable growth. In this role, you’ll turn complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across Zurich. You’ll independently lead analysis, reporting and data-driven initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality, timely solutions that make a real business impact.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential
- Strong experience in data analysis or a related analytics role, ideally within financial services or insurance.
- Confidence leading complex analytics projects from scoping and planning through to delivery.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders in an advisory-style role.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports and data models that support clear decision-making.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources in a controlled environment.
- A talent for turning business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
